Warranty Policy

For warranty claim original invoice with warranty card necessary. Warranty is only valid within Pakistan with no exclusion except mentioned in printed document.

Warranty Claimed In Case:

  • Warranty duration time of any hardware problem can be repaired with respect to warranty policy.
  • Password protection of any product is customer’s responsibility.
  • If any product has been discontinued or not available to exchange, we willl replace it with product of similar product.
  • Warranty duration will start on an Invoice purchased data and refund can’t be claimed in case of absence of purchase date.
  • Product replacement within 72-Hours according to settlement.
  • We provide services within 24-Hours to the customer’s after complain registration.
  • Least one hour is expected to inspect a defective unit and just after look at the item. Chief and the board choice would be last even after look at the item.
  • 100% Payment as advance on below 10,000 amount and more than 10,000 the 60% cash as advance and 40% on delivery.

Warranty Not Claimed In Case:

  • In case of burn due to product modification, electric shock and physically damaged, warranty will not be claimed.
